Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

Q: Do you need to have a Paypal Account to purchase something?

A: No, you do not need to have a Paypal Account to purchase items on our site. We use Paypal Merchant Services because they can process most payment types at a much lower cost. When you get to the payment page, you can scroll down a little bit past the PayPal login to use another payment type.

Q: How will I receive my product after it is paid for?

A: If you bought an electronic product, you will receive an e-mail with link to your file. Click on the link in the e-mail and it will take you to a page where you can the file you purchased. If you purchased a papaer product, it will be mailed via Certified Mail through the US Postal Service.

Q: I am having a technical problem with the software purchased, what do I do?

A: Simply contact our Technical Support Team and explain to them the problem. Don't forget to let them know what product you are having issues with and they can help you out.
